A Simple, Supported Process

Starting therapy through Bupa can sometimes feel unclear.

In most cases, you will need:

  • Your Bupa membership number

  • An authorisation code for therapy sessions

If you’re unsure how this works, we can go through it together.

Book a free 15-minute consultation, and I can guide you through the process step by step.

What you can get support with

I work with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety and constant overthinking

  • Trauma and past experiences that still feel present

  • Relationship difficulties or repeating patterns

  • Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck

  • Stress at work and burnout

A Deeper, More Relational Approach

Many people come to therapy already understanding their difficulties on a logical level…but still feel stuck.

My approach combines relational and somatic therapy, which means we work not only with thoughts, but also with the body and deeper emotional patterns.

This often allows us to reach areas that more traditional talking therapy doesn’t always access.

What it’s like to work together

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and at your pace.

There’s no pressure to share everything straight away.

We take time to understand what’s happening for you, so that change can happen in a way that feels steady and lasting.
